Members are requested to discharge their duties as usual and do not fall in any type of false messages from any corner.

The main reason behind the agitation by one of the association is to oppose the implementation of long stay transfer policy & also it is suspected that so called agitation have the hidden agenda of derailing the implementation of DOPT guidlines in BSNL Kerala Circle. Tarnishing the image of BSNL infront of Public for this reason (for the last one month period) is beyond imagination.

AIGETOA Kerala circle team met with CGMT in his chamber on 22nd July 2014 at Circle Office.
The meeting was attended by Sri Satyamurthy K-  GM (in charge of HR/Admn), Sri Nirmal PG - GM (BP/IT, S/M CFA), Sri James Sagaya Raj - DGM (Admn & HR), Sri. Kalaimohan - AGM (Legal), Smt Girija - SDE HR-III, Smt Shobha VK, and Sri Ani VS. From Association side Sri Rajesh C - Circle President, Sri Prasad Raj RV - TVM DP, Sri Hari S - TVM DS, and Sri Madhumohan -Legal Committee were present.

CGMT Kerala took note of our associations wholehearted cooperation to increase the effectiveness and profitability of BSNL. Association discussed different issues with the circle management including issues related with HR, operational and developmental activities in Kerala circle

HR ISSUES

1. Publishing the Circle gradation List in JTO cadre

2. Unauthorised extension of Look after arrangement in SDE Cadre in Kerala circle,

3. Streamlining of HR section in Circle office

4. Confirmation order to 2009 batch JTOs.

5. Inter SSA transfer cases

6. Remuneration to ASAP Trainers

Operation and developmental issues

1.O&M issues in MS Kerala

(i) power plant and DG repair issues

(ii)Proper AMC issues for Huwei, Electrical wing

(iii)Installation /replacement of proper battery at required BTS

2. Payment of commission to DSA/ shoppee through Sancharsoft

3. HUNGAMA activation through CRM only.

4.Adequate supply of drop wire and 5 pr cables to the field units

The meeting was held in a very cordial manner and CGMT responded in a very positive manner assuring settlements of these issues at the earliest.
