EPF UAN activation and submission of form 11

As per our letter and further discussion with the EPF cell Regarding linking of UAN with new EPF A/C Number, ERPcell has given necessary instruction to DDOs of all SSAs and EPF A/C holders for submission of

1.  Declaration form with correction of data if any.

2. Submission of on line form- 13, if any previous a/c is not transfered to present a/c. (verify by downloading of passbook).

All memebers UAN Numbers and instructions for UAN activation are attached here, kindly ensure the details are submited without fail.
