Notice for Organizational Protest Actions :- Kannur BA
It is regretted to note that the Kannur BA administration has failed to take decisions in time both operational and HR front. The poor decision making, the indecisiveness on important matters and favouritism are damaging the morale of the workforce and the working atmosphere. AIGETOA Kannur is forced to use the democratic right of protest organizational actions with a hope to bring up a balanced, unbiased , inclusive and responsive BA management.
Demands
1. Addressing of Failure of Cluster management
2. Resolutions for Poor Infra conditions
3. Transfer and posting of executives from tenure SDCAs
4. Complying of BSNL REA-2014 rules
5. Stoppage of favoritism to particular group
6. Action against Eaves Dropping matter

12-10-2021 (onwards) – Work According to Rule
20-10-2021 – One day Dharna at BA HQ
Further actions will be intensified in case issues are not settled.
