Meeting of CGMT with AIGETOA, and AIBSNLEA and SNEA to discuss with the pending inter SSA tranfer cases in Kerala circle on 28/03/2016

Our Association Team along with other executive associations had a marathon meeting( 11 AM to 7PM with management under the presence of respected CGMT. From management side GM, DGM, AGM& SDE were also present. Each SSA cases were disucssed in detail. All cases above two year will be considered in all SSAs except in TVM & EKM where cases will be considered in phased manner.Normally longest stay will be considered for substitution, with minimal displacement.Places where heavy incoming requests are there will also be taken from by further promotions as JTOs & rule-8 cases.We tried our level best to get the favour to our DR fraternity as a whole ( Even irrespective of assns -as other side not at all mentioned LDCE displacement / long pending requests of DR JTO/SDEs ) . As a whole , we positively hope that administration will pave way for tranfers as per the consensus reached.We are very much thankful to our CGMT & GMs who was kind enough to share & discuss the things to the max extent possible.
