Based on the assurances given to United Forum, a committee has been constituted for examining the issue of Pay Parity. It is however, another matter that perhaps first time a committee letter has been issued in the form of minutes. It gives us real worry because the concerned recognised association was of the view that 22820 can only be given if approval for E2 comes.
We sincerely hope that good sense prevails and executives recruited Post 1.1.2007 get their long awaited due. We however assure the executives recruited post 1.1.2007 that we shall continue to pursue this issue till it gets resolved ...

Friends, we have deferred the agitation with a firm hope that management will take action as per commitment. Before withdrawing, a detailed deliberation has been done with the leaders across the country. Deferment is a temporary truce and we have to remain in a state of alert for reaction in a shortest possible time. We have taken this view considering the sentiments of the members all across the country, the level of preparation and the sudden adverse weather condition at Delhi. Doing agitation just for the sake of bravery is never a good idea. We believe that members will use this time for getting more organized and more united so that we may be able to react to any adverse action in a shortest possible time. Sometimes it's better to hold the step for revitalizing the energy. We have taken a decision in that perspective only.
The biggest impact of this program is that management has realized the resentment prevailing in the minds of the BSNL recruits due to the non-settlement of the long pending HR issues and now they shall be taking issues with more urgency and time bound settlement. Further, the majority association has also appreciated that settlement of HR issues is not possible without positive participation of AIGETOA in the settlement towards the issues. I am in receipt of positive messages from GS and President SNEA in this regard where they have stated that they look forward to a positive and unified approach amongst executives and priority should be the resolution of the issues post MV. AIGETOA also reciprocates the same and hope that in coming days, the animosity between the executive associations shall be a closed chapter and all work in close cooperation and in tandem with each other.
Further, I as General Secretary, take all the responsibility of the actions and reactions across the country and welcome the suggestions and opinions of the members across the country with an open heart. I will keep on trying to work for the fraternity and take my beloved association to the newer heights every day.
I just request for your whole hearted support along with faith and patience. Further, this is a high time to call that all the BSNL recruited Executives should remain one as a family as our unity only can bring the desired benefits for the fraternity and together only irrespective of our affiliations, we can ensure that the long pending issues of PPP ( Pay, Promotion and Pension) resolved to perfection and our satisfaction. Remember, others will also notice only if we remain united and one.

The Seniority fixation in JTO cadre case came for hearing at Hon. High Court of Kerala today. The case was dealt by a new bench. It is posted after 15-2-2017, for further hearing.
A welcome & interactive session with new JTO LICE batch was arranged on 4/1/2017 at RTTC,Trivandrum at 16:30 Hrs.
CS Aigetoa, CS Aibsnlea & office bearers of both association attended the function .
The program was very useful for all the participants.
We wholeheartedly welcomed the new incumbents to the executive fraternity. Various issues discussed in detail and it was assured to them that, United Front will make all out efforts with management for the posting of new entrants as much convenient as possible.
Year 2016 reminded us the need to be united, absence of which only would make BSNL Recruits deprived of many legitimate rights we all are destined to enjoy.
Let the year 2017 brighten the future of us and hope we all would have a lot of reasons to cheer and same time raise BSNL into further glory. The courteousy & introduction meeting of new CEC team with CGMT Kerala held on 29th 16:00hrs at Circle Office.
From association side CS, CFS & Two ACS, DP TVM attended the meeting.
The meeting was very cordial & CGMT enquired about the association activities. CGMT reiterated the importance of executive strength & our inputs on various operational / marketing initiatives.

Recognition to AIBSNLEA as 2nd majority association at all India level with facilities at par with first majority association and as a 1st majority association in all those Circles/SSAs where it has secured majority.
Extension of ₹22,820 as initial basic to the executive's recruited post 01.01.2007.
Replacement of intermediate Pay Scales EIA, E2A by Standard Pay Scales of E2-E3 for JTO and SDE equivalent executives.
Extension of 30% Superannuation Benefit to the BSNL recruited employees.
Implementation of CPSU Hierarchy in line with the recommendations of the Khan Committee.
Issuance of Posting Orders for LDCE-2015 qualified candidates and notification of SDE RRs.
Immediate conduction of various CPCs in all the disciplines to fill up the vacant Group A and Group B equivalent posts in a time bound manner.
1st Time bound upgradation in four years .
Resolution of pending Rule-8 cases and clearance of waiting list from the JTOs qualified through LICE.
Scrapping of MT RRs/DGM RRs.
Notional Pay fixation of all upgraded pay scales w.e.f. 01.10.2000 of JTO/SDE (C/E/Arch/TF] Engg. Wings and PA cadre.
Extension of one increment to LDCE-2012 passed candidates.
Diversion of 50 Percent MT quota CAO Posts to the seniority quota.
Extension of E1+5 increments to JTO SRD, JAO 2010, 2013 and 2015 batches.
Removal of Pay anomaly of JTOs Promoted from TTAs of outside quota.
Dear Friends,
The proclaimed Majority started works for Credit Mongering. We don't have any issues as it was seen in the last decade . But at the same time we have to be more vigilant about the situation that nothing should be done at the cost of BSNL DR community.
Be it be non-executive / executive, DRs genuine rights are to be protected. We hope that at least good sense will prevail, from the marginal ones, from now onwards - they can't ignore DR strength.
We request all our members to follow the CHQ instructions and be in touch with DS/DPs , in line with present UF agitation programme.
Make stronger efforts and inturn association, will emerge as strongest to protect our rights.
