The matter was taken with management by submissions on 28/3/17, 3/4/17 and subsequent discussions with CGMT, GM HR & PGM F, DGM F and clarifications ,detailing the matter with Regional EPFO office, Trivandrum etc . The entire matter was taken with Circle management on 18/7/17, where as many circles already collected the options as directed by corporate office.
The Full pension option under EPFO may give a small relief to BSNL recruits ( lesser only ) wrt the Govt statutory pension entitled for absorbed executives, through pension contribution by BSNL
Aigetoa, Kerala team met the new incumbents to JTO Cader at RTTC Trivandrum. We had an interactive session and invited the new executive fraternity to be the part of our association to get the dues for the larger cause of BRs where AIGETOA wholeheartedly stands for. Our CS , ACS, DS Tvm & Executive committee members shared various matters with the new batch.

JOINT FORUM of Executives Associations, Kerala Circle has decided to conduct emergency protest lunch hour demonstrations on 28/8/2017 (at 1PM)at SSA & Circle HQ to protest the vindictive action of the BSNL Management & Immediate unconditionally withdraw the chargesheet of GS AIGETOA & SNEA .
All the District Secretaries, Circle Office Bearers, CWC members & activists of JF are requested to take lead and hold the Massive Lunch Hour Demonstrations with show the strength & Unity.

AIGETOA Kerala team (CS, DP TVM & ACSs) met Hon. MP & Chairman of Parliamentary Committee ( IT) Sri. Anurag Singh Thakurji and represented BSNL recruited employees genuine issues. The meeting was held in a positive manner and Hon Chairman was kind enough to spare time to hear our burning issues.

Convenor, Joint Forum writes to Secretary/DoT and CMD, BSNL regarding reconsideration of the PO issued by DoT on 28.03.2017, lowering the pay scales from E1A to E1 and E2A to E2 and approval of BSNL proposal for standard pay scales of E2 and E3, replacing the intermediary pay scales of E1A and E2A w.e.f 01.01.2007. Inordinate delay in resolving the issue created large scale resentment among thousands of Executives which is blowing out of proportion. As per the appeal made by CMD, BSNL to give more time to resolve the issue, the trade union programmes are once again postponed for 6 weeks, till 17.09.2017.
In case the BSNL proposal of standard pay scales of E2 and E3 are not approved by 17.09.2017, Joint Forum will be compelled to resume the INDEFINITE RELAY HUNGER STRIKE and other Trade Union Programmes from 18.09.2017 without any further notice till the standard pay scales of E2 and E3 are notified.

Our Circle team met respected CGMT Dr.P.T.Mathew ITS in connection with submission of various Agenda points wrt HR / Operational & Marketing Segments. Elaborated suggestions and discussions were made in connection with various issues and points . The Meeting was in a very cordial atmosphere and held in positive direction. We are hopeful that efforts taken by us will bear the good chances for ensuring a more competitive and result oriented operational grounds which complement the quality & revenue growth and profitability of Kerala circle. CGMT assured us that needful actions and follow up will be taken up , on the genuine HR related pending issues of BSNL recruited executives and motivate the best working force lot for the maximum positive outcome in Kerala.

Discussion on standard pay scales
All the post 2007 recruitment Executives are getting less pay for years . The clarification and stand of BSNL management also received. This issue has to be settled before 3rd PRC implementation and it is informed that the JF letter dated 03.07.17 is marked to PS by the Minister and he will do the needful after making the opinion with Minister.
We expect positive action on this issue soon
LDCE Promotion orders pre-works are ready
The DoPT / DPC promotions needs to be taken with Hon HC , Ekm
The management may file MA in line with Our meetings ( that BSNL have sufficient vacancies to cover 1:1 and only seniority shall be needed to be fixed if the decision goes in favour of any party) and promotions will be made to all DR stake holder batches as committed to us.
From the approach of management, it can be read that CPSU promotions will be made possible after this current LDCE and DPC promotions only, as per our demands..
On superannuation issue also development is in positive
Finalisation with LIC wrt 3% fund utilisation and remaining pending dues under discussion.
Thus it appears that our experiment has started delivering fruits on all the three Ps- Pay, Promotion and pension. Now things appear somewhat to be in line.
