General Body Meetings in Various BAs
The Physical General Body meetings of all BAs in Kerala Circle is done during last two weeks. The office bearers had interacted with many executives and various brainstorming sessions were done. We have explanation various matters and concerns pertain executives, it's status and the roadmap for resolutions.We requested all for continued support for AIGETOA in the 3rd MV by casting their votes at Sl @3.
The achievements of AIGETOA team including the transparent implementation of policies, promotions , positive changes in all levels including the profitability of BSNL happened in BSNL during the last three years are acknowledged by the executive fraternity and we are sure that the remaining pending issues also will get cleared soon through the efforts by AIGETOA.

AIGETOA Minuted Agenda meeting with CGMT BSNL Kerala
The minuted Agenda meeting with CGMT BSNL Kerala Circle and AIGETOA Kerala held on 21/7/2023 at CIrcle Office BSNL Kerala. Elaborated discussions on various agenda points happened with Circle Management.
From Management side CGMT Sri. B Sunil Kumar ITS, Sr GM HR Admin Sri. Sathesh R, DGM HR Admin Sri. Muraleedharan, AGM HR Smt. Thushara S Babu, AGM Admin Smt. Beena Jain were present. Association was represented by Circle President Sri. Muhammadali M C , Circle Secretary Sri.Maxmilan K, Chairman Sri. Saheer S, Convenor Sri.Ansal Mohammed C H, ACS Sri. Anoop Das, ACS Sri. Abdul Basith, ACS Sri. Sambhu Chandran.
The agenda discussions on Rule-8 relieving, Security deposit refund, Second Saturday Compensatory off, Difficulty in TBP trainings at Ghaziabad for account executives, Issuance of laptops for all executives of Kerala Circle, Capping of online meetings to field level executives, Clarification of LKD postings from All India tenure list, Rotation of sensitive post's and Long Stay publication , Review of cadre strength for Kerala Circle and BAs, Clarification on soft tenure for Wayanad, Idukki, Kasaragod and need of strengthening the 4G saturation project team etc were done. The meeting conducted in a very cordial environment. CGMT was very much open on the suggestions give by AIGETOA and positive assurances are given on various matters.

Meeting with Sr. GM (HR/Admin)
Our Circle Secretary Sri. Maxmilan K along with Circle Chairman Sri. Saheer S, met Sr. GM HR/Admin Sri. Sathesh R on 01.06.2023 and held discussions on the following matters.
1. Recent Inter BA Transfers & pending requests
2. Pending Rule-8 Cases
3. Early clearance of EPF Pension portal approval
After detailed discussions and deliberations, the following decisions are reached upon. The submissions made on the matter of transfers will be considered positively. The processing of Rule-8 cases will be done on phased manner and medical issues will be given priority. We will be meeting respected CGMT also soon for Rule-8 cases soon
